Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your order we have a 48 hour window after the order is placed where you can cancel your order, we will need written or verbal communication from yourself ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel. After the 48 hour window, you will be subject to a 20% (of your order value) restocking fee. Each bed is considered a bespoke, made to order item, and therefore is a non-returnable item. Once delivered you have 14 days after delivery after delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

It is your responsibility to check dimensions and fitment, we will not accept returns on orders that do not fit. All products listed will have a measurements guide, If the product doesn’t fit, we will not accept returns. You should contact us if any information isn’t listed.

Mattress Returns Policy

Take time to get to know your mattress. We make sure our mattresses meet our high standards before we send them to you. However, we encourage you to inspect your order when you receive it.

If you have purchased a mattress on its own and it’s not a match made in heaven, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll arrange for a collection.

For a successful return and collection, your divan mattress needs to be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused
  • In a resale-able condition
  • Unopened

 

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept or collect your mattress if it has been opened or used.

Faulty Goods

It is you, the customers duty to carefully examine the goods upon delivery for shortages or defects before signing the delivery note. Somnus Beds LTD cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left. You are requested to inspect all items on the day of delivery thoroughly to ensure there are no issues. In the event of an issue, you will be required to show & note this to the delivery team as well as note this on the delivery form.

Any problems will need to be reported to us within 24 hours & we may ask for pictures. Beyond this point Somnus Beds LTD will not be liable for any damages. Such notification shall be made in writing and must be received by the company within 24 hours, commencing with the date of delivery

​You must provide us with photographic evidence of any defect or damaged goods within 24 hours. We cannot be held liable for any claims of damaged items after this period. Once notified we will be in touch to discuss a solution. Refusal to sign the delivery note will exempt you from any of our policies and siesta living ltd will not be held liable for any issues or damage reported.
